Representatives of the three caucuses in the Parliament of Montenegro, the Democratic front, Positive Party of Montenegro, and the Socialist Party of the People, filed a draft of amendments to the Criminal Code and a draft of amendments to the Criminal Procedure Code.
Bills signed members of the Parliament Azra Jasavic, Milutin Djukanovic, and Velizar Kaludjerovic.
With these laws the old solutions are returned, and sanctioned infiltration of organized crime into the political structure, actually use of political parties as a tool for criminal acts in an organized manner.
We expect all political parties to support this initiative and to sanction connection between politics and mafia, and we invite them to vote for changes to this law.
