url-100x100We invite citizens to report us all cases of pre-electoral abuses, especially vote buying and we request from the prosecution to determine where the money comes for purchase of ID cards.

MANS in a previous period found that significant budget resources intended for social benefits are used fore vote buying on the field, while now discovered a direct connections between drug lord Darko Saric and senior officials of the DPS and the Government of Montenegro, open a space for suspicion that pre-election manipulations are financed and from the dirty money earned through the sale of narcotics.

Recently released recording shows that vote buying, actually ID cards, just begun. On it is stated that in Podgorica for ID card price is 90 euros, noting that the same price was the same as well on the elections last year.

We invite citizens to fight for free elections, to record and photograph people who buy ID cards or in any other way perform pre-election pressure on voters.

If they can not themselves provide evidence of pre-electoral corruption, we invite them to submit to us information on persons who commit offenses against the electoral laws, and we will explore each of these cases, and protect the identity of people who reported corruption.

Citizens can use the new, secure login system through the Internet, which provides codification and protection of their data at www.prijavikorupciju.me.

Since this is not the first nor the only case of reported ID cards purchases, we expect that the State prosecution finally starts serious investigation and determine whether it is an organized group who commits criminal offenses against the election law, rather than merely dealing with the perpetrators, as was previously thought.

The first question that Special Prosecutor’s Office must answer is where from money comes for purchase of ID cards: from legal or criminal trends. Actually whether does that money belong to the Democratic Party of Socialists, or comes from misuse of public funds, or from the underground economy and criminal businesses.

This especially because the evidence are published on the relationship of senior officials of the Government and the Democratic Party of Socialists with organized crime groups of Darko Saric, and at the same time those people are the actors in the scandal “Snapshot”.

Since it was donated to the Saric’s company an extremely valuable land of soccer club ”Mogren” in Budva, the question is what involved DPS officials got in return.

While Boro Lazovic, the main link in the chain of decision making about giving away of land, in Budva cuddled voters, Minister Petar Ivanovic and his assistant Radulovic managed the famous Midas program for farmers help, which is suspected to be extremely used in the pre-election vote buying.

For this reason we invite the prosecution to examine relationships between the leadership of the Democratic Party of Socialists and drug clan of Darko Saric, and determine whether the money from cocaine smuggling is used to buy votes.
