Data obtained after the vote in local elections in Tivat show that there were many mistakes in the implementation of electronic identification of voters.

Namely, MANS’s monitors have obtained statistics that are published after the closure of polling stations that show a huge number of errors in loading the data on voters. At some polling stations the observers were not allowed to obtain copies, or to inspect this data.

According to data obtained by MANS ( pictures attached):

· At the polling station 13 Radovici, voted 432 individuals, and there were 188 mistakes in loading, actually 43% of cases.

· At the polling station 15 Tivat III voted 628 individuals, and there were 252 were errors in loading, actually 40% of the cases.

· At the polling station 6 Tivat – center I voted 271 individuals, and there were 96 errors or 35%.

· At the polling station 19 Mazina I, voted 377 individuals, and there were 144 errors or 38%.

· At the polling station 2 Donja i Gornja Lastva, voted 400 individuals, and there were 138 mistakes in loading or 34%.

Undoubtedly, a significant portion of errors was caused from ignorance of the procedures by members of the electoral committees and their computer illiteracy, but the question is whether the errors occurred and because of poor system.

Even if the problem is human capacities or technical deficiencies of apparatus and program for electronic identification, it should not be allowed this practice to be repeated in parliamentary elections.
