From the opening of the polling stations until 16.00, 366 citizens contacted MANS Hotline.
Almost 70% of the reported cases refer to the suspicions of commission of criminal ofences aganst electoral rights, while a lower number of citizens is now asking about polling stations where they can exercise their right of vote.
More than 70% of the reported possible criminal offences refer to suspicions regarding violation of the right to freely express will when voting, while 10% each refer to the violation of the secrecy of voting with elements of a criminal offence and preventing of voters to vote or observers to monitor the process, while 6% refer to inaccurate lists of voters.
Until 16.00, MANS submitted 66 criminal complaints following the proofs submitted by citizens and observes, and the vast majority of the proofs refer to the suspicion that the criminal offence of violation of expression of free will when voting was committed.
As many as 30 cases refer to the criminal offences that are suspected to have been committed in Podgorica, six in Bar, five in Cetinje, four in Bijelo Polje and Nikšić each, three in Danilovgrad, two each in Herceg Novi, Kotor, Mojkovac, Rožaje and Ulcinj, as well as one each in Berane, Kolašin, Petnjica, Šavnik and Tivat.
