During the election day, 490 citizens contacted MANS. Based on the provided evidence and witnesses, we submitted 117 criminal complaints to the Special Prosecutor’s Office following suspicions of the commission of criminal offences against electoral rights.
Most criminal complaints refer to buying of identity cards, pressures and pre-election bribing of voters.
We invite the Special Prosecutor to inform the public how the Prosecutor’s Office and the police proceeded upon the criminal complaints submitted during the election day.
