The location was ceded to the company &#8220;MD Enterprise&#8221; d.o.o. from Kotor, owned by Edin Kolarevic, known to the public as the nephew of the prime minister Milo Djukanovic. In mid-July 2015, the NGO MANS filed a criminal complaint against the competent authorities in the Municipality of Kotor, which facilitated Kolarevic&#8217;s harmful business concerning building a luxury tourist complex on a very attractive site.
