The deal went to an Austrian company \u201eAlpine Bau GmbH\u201c, for the sum of nearly \u20ac8 million more than the estimated value of the procurement. At the very start, it was questionable if the contractor is financially able to carry out the works within the planned deadline of one year. Finally, the company went bankrupt and five years\u00a0 later, the work was done by \u201eBemax\u201c from Podgorica.
