Every new explanation by the Supreme Court President Vesna Medenica regarding her family and
\nbusiness relationship with controversial businessman Zoran Be\u0107irovi\u0107 raises additional questions, but
\nstill does not answer the key ones.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

MANS\u2019 investigation found that not only did Medenica hide revenue of \u20ac140,000, and that the land was
\nsold to Zoran Be\u0107irovi\u0107’s company, but for the first time, we have an open confession that Medenica is a
\nlong-time close friend with Be\u0107irovi\u0107.<\/p>\n

However, the public is still denied information as to why seemingly simple business between two close
\nfriends had to be done through a series of companies from Montenegro and Cyprus. Why it was
\nnecessary to pay Medenica with money from a loan from Cyprus, through a company in Kola\u0161in that
\nexists only on paper.<\/p>\n

It is true, according to Medenica, that Lolkan Investments is a real estate company and it should not
\ncome as a surprise that she sold her land through it.<\/p>\n

However, the fact is that, although Lolkan has existed since 2008, the purchase of Medenica\u2019s land was
\nthe only business that Be\u0107irovi\u0107 did through this company. Other real estate owned by Lolkan
\nInvestment was recorded as a founding stake of Katun company, and in the year when the real estate
\nwas purchased from Medenica, the total annual income was one (1) Euro.<\/p>\n

Medenica continues to refuse to answer to the public why she kept secret that the land had been sold
\nprecisely to Be\u0107irovi\u0107, as well as why she was hiding that they were close friends while the newspaper
\npages were filled with information about Be\u0107irovi\u0107&#39;s controversial affairs.<\/p>\n

We are sorry if Medenica sold her land for a low price as she claims, and we are especially sorry it
\nincluded her long-time close friend Be\u0107irovi\u0107 who seemed to have no understanding of her difficult
\nsituation and offered her only 5 Euros per m2<\/sup> .<\/p>\n

However, we once again remind the President of the Supreme Court that she is obliged to provide the
\npublic with answers to these questions and that it is distasteful that, as someone whose housing issue
\nwas resolved by the citizens three times, she is trying to win public sympathy and justify herself for
\nobvious violation of the law.<\/p>\n
