<\/a>Milo\u0161 Medenica<\/p><\/div>\n
\u00a0At the end of May 2013, Milo\u0161 Medenica inherited from his mother nearly 3,500 m2<\/sup> of land in the settlement Breza in Kola\u0161in, which was stated in the property card of the President of the Supreme Court. Only three months after that, on August 26 the same year, Milo\u0161 sold this land and generated the aforementioned income.<\/p>\n The law obliged the President of the Supreme Court to report this income through submission of a special report to the competent authority, which she never did. The income of \u20ac215 thousand was not reported in the regular report submitted by Medenica the following year, instead, it is only stated that Milo\u0161 sold the land.<\/p>\n The cabinet of the President of the Supreme Court denies this, stating: \u201cIt is incorrect that no income from the sale of real estate was reported in the income and property card. In 2013, in accordance with the Law on Prevention of Conflict of Interest, the President of the Supreme Court of Montenegro submitted the income and property card of the recipient \u2013 Milo\u0161 Medenica\u201d.<\/p>\n The cabinet also added that Milo\u0161 had left his mother’s household at the end of September 2013, and that afterwards she was under no obligation to report his property.<\/p>\n However, Medenica was obliged to report a change in her son’s property as he was still a member of her household at the time of earning \u20ac215,000. Also, there is no information on the website of the Agency for Prevention of Corruption that Medenica reported the amount for which Milo\u0161 sold his inheritance.<\/p>\n Documentation obtained by MANS shows that Milo\u0161 Medenica sold 3500 m2<\/sup> of meadows and forests to company \u201cKonzum\u201c. At the time, \u010cedomir Popovi\u0107, a businessman from Podgorica, was behind this company through his company \u201cCarine\u201c.<\/p>\n
