This Law shall regulate the impact assessment procedure for projects that may have significant impact on the environment, contents of the Environmental Impact Assessment Study, participation of authorities, organisations, and the public concerned, evaluation and procedure of approval issuing, exchange of information on projects that may have significant impact on the environment in another state, supervision and other issues of relevance for the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA).<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Based on the Decision of the Parliament of the Republic of Montenegro on the 13th of September 2001 (Official Gazette No. 45\/01) the process of the elaboration of the Spatial Plan of Montenegro (hereinafter the Plan) started in 2002 when the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Physical Planning assigned a contract for elaboration of the Plan to `Holding Montenegroinzenjering`.
