In that way, Carevi\u0107 has concluded as many as 11 contracts with this company since the beginning of his term of office, worth 1,900,000 euros, according to the recordings and documentation obtained by the MANS Investigative Centre.<\/p>\n<p>For performing of the contracted works, &#8220;Asfalt-beton gradnja&#8221;, backed by Vladimir Mirkovi\u0107 who was arrested in the KLAP operation, used the mechanization of Carevi\u0107&#8217;s company &#8220;Carinvest&#8221;, which brought the first man of Budva into an obvious conflict of interest.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/mans.co.me\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/Screenshot_1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-9113 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/mans.co.me\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/Screenshot_1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"871\" height=\"419\" srcset=\"https:\/\/mans.co.me\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/Screenshot_1.jpg 871w, https:\/\/mans.co.me\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/Screenshot_1-300x144.jpg 300w, https:\/\/mans.co.me\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/Screenshot_1-768x369.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 871px) 100vw, 871px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The company &#8220;Asfalt-beton gradnja&#8221; is currently repairing a rural road in the Budva settlement of Pobori, for which it received around 420 thousand euros from the Municipality of Budva, through a contract for the purchase of works signed by the Mayor Marko Carevi\u0107. Although \u201cAsfalt-beton\u201d is formally the contractor, photos and recordings of Budva Television show that the machinery of the company &#8220;Carinvest&#8221;, owned by the Carevi\u0107 family, is on the field.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Carevic-Mehanizacja Pobore\" width=\"702\" height=\"395\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/Z3DEwN9MzTw?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>The same situation was with other works for which &#8220;Asfalt-beton gradnja&#8221; received money from the Municipality of Budva. Thus, the machines of Carevi\u0107&#8217;s company were also hired on construction sites in the centre of Budva, in Be\u010di\u0107i, Petrovac, Re\u017eevi\u0107i, Jaz, and in settlements Podko\u0161ljun, \u010celobrdo, Lap\u010di\u0107i, Stani\u0161i\u0107i, Lazi and Rozino.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Radovi kompanije Asfalt-beton gradnja u Budvi\" width=\"702\" height=\"395\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/315LVYl3VSY?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>In order to meet the conditions of the tender, in the official bid, the company &#8220;Asfalt-beton gradnja&#8221; guaranteed the technical equipment needed to perform construction works. This was also the case with the most valuable tender, in which it received a job of 800 thousand euros from the Municipality of Budva.<\/p>\n<p>As part of the official offer obtained by MANS, &#8220;Asfalt-beton gradnja&#8221; pointed out the technical specification of the machinery, which includes as many as 40 different machines and trucks owned by this company.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/mans.co.me\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/3.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-9108\" src=\"https:\/\/mans.co.me\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"614\" height=\"795\" srcset=\"https:\/\/mans.co.me\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/3.jpg 614w, https:\/\/mans.co.me\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/3-232x300.jpg 232w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 614px) 100vw, 614px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>However, in the company&#8217;s latest annual report for 2019, total value of the equipment it owns is estimated at only 74 thousand euros.
