Milašinović must say who in the Agency for Prevention of Corruption received housing loans

The Agency previously rejected MANS’ request to submit information on who received loans, including information from banks.

The Council of the Agency for Prevention of Corruption unanimously asked the Acting Director of the Agency, Savo Milašinović, to provide them with a list of all employees who received loans in 2018 to improve housing conditions.

The Agency had previously rejected MANS’ request to submit information on who received loans, including information from banks.

In its reasoning, the Agency said that it was a banking secret.

The Council also today voted in favour of launching a process for election of a new director of the Agency.

At the previous session, Acting Director Savo Milašinović did not receive the support of two of the five members of the Council.

The new competition will be announced on February 24 and the text of the competition will be identical to the previous one.
