In Montenegro, the NGO MANS is responsible for investigating corruption , conflict of interest , the Parliament’s activities . In recent months, some media ( close to the Montenegrin Government ) are conducting a smear campaign against Vanja Calovic , Executive Director of MANS , publishing fake video to discredit it.
